As promised I wanted to start this blog off by posting my personal Bacterial Vaginosis Cure Cocktail. I loved the following method because it does not require any insertion in the Vagina and consist of vitamins and probiotics.This method has worked for me and have not used any other methods after discovering this cocktail.
Bacterial Vaginosis Cocktail Regimen taken on a Daily Basis (this cocktail consist of vitamins so you can take daily until no longer needed):
Vitamin C- (2) 500mg
Folic Acid- (2) 400 mcg
Multivitamin- (1)
Acidophilus Probiotic- (1) Billion Cultures
This is my daily regimen taken once daily. Also as mention in prior post, this is what works for me. More or less might be needed to suite your personal needs. Usually within 3-4 days of using this remedy BV symptons decreases and usually vanish all together by day 7.
If you are looking for immediate odor relief while waiting for this remedy to work try vinegar and water wash. Using half vinegar and half water to wash vagina with.
BV Cure using only Vitamin C- Vitamin C W/Rose hips have also been known as a Bacterial Vaginosis cure when inserted vaginally. Insert vaginally for up to 7 days until symptoms are no longer present (Use this method at your own risk). Personally I don't recommend inserting anything vaginally, I prefer oral methods but there are plenty of women who have used this method and it worked for them.
